Problem
The 2007 South African Airways site neededed an overhaul. The interface was cluttered, confusing, and hard to use.
- The interface was crowded
- The site's branding was obsolete
- Online booking, My Booking management, Business travel, and Voyager Air miles were split into disparate sub sites with incongruent interfaces
- Online bookings were at 8% of all bookings made

Solution
Starting with pencil and paper, We re-designed the site from the ground up.
The following steps were taken, and our findings documented in an understandable, informative framework.
- User Scenarios
- Task Analyses (eg Booking process)
- Interaction Models
- Information Architectures
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- User testing
